Do you offer nationwide shipping?

Yes, we offer secure nationwide shipping throughout the United States.

When Will I Receive My Order?

The origin of the diamond and its source, whether domestic or international, determine the delivery time. Our shipping policy is 5-10 business days, but typically customers receive their diamond within 1.5 weeks of purchase

How long does shipping take?

Shipping timelines vary depending on product availability and customization requirements.

When Will I Receive A Tracking Number?

You will receive a tracking number when it leaves our facility after the diamond has been imported and cleared customs.

Is signature confirmation required?

Yes, signature confirmation may be required for high-value purchases

What Mail Carrier Do You Use?

We currently use UPS for all domestic shipments.

What If UPS Loses My Package?

In the event that your package is lost in transit, meaning it was never marked as delivered, a refund for your order will be issued.

Will I Owe Tariffs Upon Receipt?

USA customers will not owe anything on receipt. The cost of tariffs (which we pay) are baked into the price.

International customers may owe a small amount of duties upon receipt depending on the trade agreements of the countries they reside in with the USA.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window on all loose diamonds. You have 14 days from the date you receive your diamond to postmark a return.

Each customer is eligible for one free return every 90 days. Any additional returns within that 90-day period will incur a $50 restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Are custom pieces refundable?

Custom and personalized jewelry may be considered final sale.

Can rings be resized?

Many rings can be resized depending on the design and material.

How do I request a return?

Will You Provide A Shipping Label?

We'll offer a USPS priority mail shipping label for you to print at no cost. If you opt for a different carrier, you'll need to cover the shipping expenses.
