U.S. Shipping

AG Diamonds Boutique currently ships orders within the United States.

We provide free insured U.S. shipping on all orders. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Order Processing

Loose diamond orders are subject to availability confirmation, payment verification, and quality inspection before shipment. Most eligible loose diamond orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Custom and made-to-order rings require additional production time. Estimated production time is approximately 20 business days before shipment. Production times may vary depending on the selected setting, metal, ring size, center stone, and required customization.

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times begin after an order has been processed and shipped. Carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Unexpected delays caused by the shipping carrier, severe weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Order Verification

To protect our customers and prevent fraud, some orders may require additional payment, identity, billing address, or shipping address verification before shipment.

Failure to complete requested verification may delay or prevent shipment.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@agdiamondsboutique.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.

Tracking and Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Please monitor the tracking information and make appropriate arrangements to receive your package. A signature may be required for certain high-value orders.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

Please inspect your package and order promptly after delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, appears to have been tampered with, is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or does not arrive as expected, contact us immediately at support@agdiamondsboutique.com.

Please retain all packaging materials, shipping labels, photographs, and documentation while we review the issue with the shipping carrier.

Local Pickup

Local pickup in the Boston, Massachusetts area may be available by prior appointment and confirmation. Do not travel to a pickup location until you have received written confirmation from AG Diamonds Boutique.
